- 1 Organic banana (with skin)
- 1 small pot of water
- Some cinnamon (if desired)
Step 1: Cut the two ends of banana (top and bottom)
Step 2: Put the bananas in a pot of boiling water. It’s even better if the water used is spring water or filtered in any way. Boil for 10 minutes. Sprinkle a little cinnamon in water too. If you want to add some stevia to sweeten, do it. Stevia helps to even out sugar levels in the blood, and will not raise levels of blood sugar before bed.
